Retreat guests will stay in boutique cottages with shared living spaces and private ensuite bathrooms. The oceanfront complex offers a pool, hot tub, fitness center, poolside and beachfront cabanas, garden hammocks, kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear – everything you need to relax and reset!

Our thoughtfully designed program combines yoga, fitness, nutrition, and nature. Sessions are led by expert facilitators with specialized skill sets.
Optional activities include a day at Seven Mile Beach, consistently named one of the top beaches in the world; an afternoon exploring Cayman Crystal Caves; and massage & spa treatments.
