Our 2027 WHISKY COAST SCOTLAND TOUR begins in the vibrant capital of Edinburgh, then continues to the famed Whisky Coast, home to iconic distilleries, stunning coastal landscapes, and a rich cultural heritage. We end in the picturesque Lowland region, with an afternoon exploring Glasgow's trendy West End.

During the tour we will discover quaint seaside villages, visit medieval castles, and partake in special culinary experiences along the rugged west coast and the adjacent islands and countryside. Whether you’re a whisky enthusiast or new to the spirit, the Whisky Coast tour promises a journey of flavor, history, and breathtaking beauty!

CULTURAL HIGHLIGHTS of the tour include the famous Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile; the dramatic ruins of Dunyvaig Castle; and the striking landscapes of Islay and Loch Lomond. 

WHISKY HIGHLIGHTS include a private tour of Edinburgh's secret vaults, followed by a special underground whisky tasting; curated experiences at Laphroaig, Lagavulin, and Ardbeg distilleries; and off-the-beaten-path stops on Glasgow's West End Whisky Tour.

CULINARY HIGHLIGHTS include a traditional Afternoon Tea experience in Edinburgh; an exclusive lunch at Laphroig Distillery; and a special farewell dinner at an award-winning restaurant in Glasgow.

Throughout the trip there will be prolonged periods of standing and walking, including moderate-paced walking tours of 2-3 hours that involve uneven surfaces, cobblestone streets, hills, and stairs. Unfortunately this tour cannot accommodate travelers who require mobility assistance devices.
